Article 2 - QUOTES AND ORDERS

An estimate is systematically given to the customer. This document precisely defines all the services offered by "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" according to the needs expressed by the customer. Orders are only final upon receipt by "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" of the written confirmation of the order and a deposit representing 100% of the amount of the provisional estimate. In order to confirm his order, the customer will return his estimate to "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" by affixing the words "good for agreement" followed by his signature.

Article 3 - TARIFF - TERMS OF PAYMENT - LATE PENALTIES

The prices indicated on the quotes are those in effect at the time of their preparation. A quote is valid for two (2) weeks. After this period and in the absence of confirmation from the customer, the prices may be reviewed.

Payments will be made as follows:

- 100% deposit when ordering,

- the balance of additional expenses during the event upon receipt of the invoice.

All invoices are payable in cash. The non-payment of deadlines will result in the deadlines before reception, a suspension of the reservation and for those after receipt of late penalties.

Article 4 - MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER

Any order modification can be made a maximum of 1 week before the date of receipt. The final number of guests must be communicated to "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" 4 days before the event, with an adjustment of 3 less guests or 10 guests in addition to the original request.

This number of guests will be used as the basis for invoicing, even if it turns out on the day of the reception that the number of guests is lower. Conversely, if it turns out that the number of guests is greater and that "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" has not been informed within (48) hours before the date of the reception, that - it could not ensure a satisfactory service, which would be detrimental to the image of "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE". Thus, as compensation, “EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE” would be forced to take into account the actual number of guests present at the reception to establish the invoice.

Article 5 - CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The customer must inform “EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE” as soon as possible and in writing of any order cancellation. In the event of a cancellation notification received more than twelve (12) days before the date of receipt, the deposit paid by the customer to the order will be returned to him within three (3) days of the notification. In the event of a cancellation notification received less than eleven (11) working days before the date of receipt, "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" will retain 50% of the deposits paid as compensation.

Article 6 - CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the law relating to computers, files and freedoms of 6 JANUARY 1978, personal information relating to customers may be subject to automated processing.

"EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" undertakes not to divulge the information communicated by the customer to third parties. These are confidential.

Only the partners who took part in the quotes and / or the realization of the event should be aware of this data.

They will only be used by its internal departments for processing reservations, as well as to personalize communication and strengthen the offer reserved for “EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE” customers.

Sending an e-mail to the customer outside of the processing of his reservation is subject to authorization.

The latter can exercise his right to oppose the sending of any new message by contacting "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE".

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the participant has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him in order to exercise this right, he must contact "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE".

For any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the general conditions of sale and of the contracts concluded in application of the said general conditions of sale, only the Commercial Court of Paris will be competent.

Article 7 - CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

"EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE" can be released from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them following a case of force majeure (war, riot, demonstrations, exceptional weather conditions, disaster affecting the facilities of its establishments, etc.), without giving rise to any compensation.

Article 8 - LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The customer is solely responsible for bodily injury and / or material damage caused by him or by his guests within the framework of the performance of the “EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE” service. The customer undertakes to take out civil liability insurance as well as comprehensive home insurance.

Article 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements of the “www.exclusiveparisplace.com” site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of “EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE”. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. They are protected by copyright and articles L.511.1 et seq. Of the Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered models. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of "EXCLUSIVE PARIS PLACE".

Article 10 - MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Article 11 - ELECTION OF DOMICILE AND APPLICABLE LAW

Any question relating to these general conditions of sale, as well as to the sales they govern, which would not be dealt with by these contractual stipulations, is governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other right and, as such suppletive, by the convention of VIENNA, on the international sale of the goods.
